Welcome to Restorah. These terms apply to your use of our website, operated by Restorah LLC (“Restorah,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site, you agree to these terms.
You may use this site to learn about Restorah, ask questions, and request an invitation or inquire about a stay. Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
Requesting an invitation or submitting an inquiry does not confirm a reservation. Any reservation, along with its specific terms, deposit, and cancellation details, is confirmed directly with you at the time of booking.
When you request an invitation or reserve a place, we may ask you to provide a payment card and authorize us to store it securely with our payment processor. Providing your card does not create a charge at that time.
If you reserve a founding place, a refundable deposit is set aside against the card you provide. That deposit is collected only after we have spoken with you and your place is confirmed, and it is applied in full toward the cost of your stay. If your reservation does not move forward, the authorization is released and no charge is made.
Once your stay is confirmed, you authorize Restorah to charge the card on file for your lodging, for any experiences or add-ons you select, and for applicable taxes and fees. Before any charge is run, you will be shown the amount and asked to confirm.
You may ask us to remove your card at any time by contacting us using the details below. Removing your card may prevent us from holding or completing a reservation.
Deposits, balances, cancellations, and refunds for a confirmed stay are governed by the reservation terms provided to you at the time of booking, which control if they differ from this section.
By providing your phone number, you agree that Restorah may contact you by call or text about your inquiry or your stay. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
The content on this site, including text, images, and design, belongs to Restorah LLC and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Our site and its content are provided “as is.” We do our best to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that everything is complete or error free.
